CASTLEFORD DAILY BRIEFING 5 SEPTEMBER 2025

Compiled by Tony Wallis

Summer is giving way to Autumn and we’re still blessed with weather that isn’t harsh. Yesterday was a great day for rainbow spotting, although the sport these last few days seem to be flag spotting.

This blog is part of ‘Talk Castleford with Tony’ - the big discussion on social media about the future, present and past of Castleford, West Yorkshire. Find out more by visiting
