CASTLEFORD DAILY BRIEFING 3 AUGUST 2025

Compiled by Councillor Tony Wallis

It’s the annual GREAT fund day for Glasshoughton and Redhill families this afternoon at the Redhill Avenue recreation ground. Starts at 1pm. I’m pleased this event keeps happening, that the dedication of the volunteers.

Every morning I compile a helpful briefing of the latest news and events for Castleford. Initially to help me as a local councillor, I now publish it to inform a wider audience. I hope you find it useful.

Regards,

Tony
