CASTLEFORD DAILY BRIEFING 2 JUNE 2025

CASTLEFORD DAILY BRIEFING - MONDAY 2ND JUNE 2025

Compiled by Tony Wallis

On Saturday the town centre was packed as people enjoyed the Roman Festival and the glorious weather. The annual event gets better each yeay.

Every morning, to make my work as a local councillor more efficient, I search the web for a daily briefing of news and events. While it was originally for my benefit, I’ve realised it is a service to share with others. It is a briefing so just headlines and sources I’ve come across and checked.

Please let me know if there are any events or news you think I need to add. Contact details are on the home page of this blog.

Regards,

Tony.
