  CASTLEFORD DAILY BRIEFING - FRIDAY 30th MAY 2025 Compiled by Tony Wallis Yesterday evening, I attended the PACT meeting where the police meet local residents from the town centre area. We are concerned about the intimidating behavior of a gang of about a dozen young people roaming the area causing nuisance for others. The police and the council’s ASB officers are to step up extra patrols, while other agencies are looking into a resolution of the causes of the problem. While visitors find the town centre safe, residents and businesses are bothered by these youths’ behaviour.
